Sheri is a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and a member of the British Association of Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists (BABCP). She has 7 years experience of working in mental health settings within the NHS. She has experience working with a range of mental health difficulties such as Depression and Anxiety.
