What is Mind Canvas?
Mind Canvas is a space designed for you to nourish your psychological wellbeing through creativity. Periodic workshops will focus on how visuals arts, music, dance, drama and other forms of creativity can make us more resilient.
Workshops will include talks given by a mental health professionals, conversations with professional creatives and a creative taster session so you can experience the joys of being creative.
